All bookings will require a none refundable deposite of 10% of the total package booked any other monies paid up until 72 hours of your event will be refunded as long as we recive cancelation notice via Bookings@capitalpartypeopleuk.com before 72 hours of your event 

on the morning of your event we ask that the area required to fit our equipment is cleared and free of any debris that could damadge our equipment we will arrive approximatly 1 hour before the start of the event to install our equipment and conduct a full saftey check before leaving you to enjoy your day
